How Bagpipes Can Be Used
Every wedding is unique and special. Here are a few ideas on how to best incorporate the beautiful sound of the bagpipes:
BEFORE THE WEDDING BEGINS: The pipes can play either inside or outside as the guests arrive.
PROCESSIONAL: The bride may wish to walk up the aisle with the piper leading her in.
DURING THE WEDDING: The pipes can play during the lighting of the unity candles, etc.
RECESSIONAL: The piper can lead the newlyweds back down the aisle.
RECEPTION: The piper can lead the wedding party into the reception hall and to their designated seats.
